What the person sees: the talking board, feelings, the day, the library, money, art and the games room.
Guardian
The family's whole picture: what a parent or guardian is entitled to see, approve and manage, with consent held per category.
Staff
A carer's own side of the job: rota, handover, timesheet, payslips and the documents to read and sign.
Together
For the service. Care, safeguarding, workforce and the estate, with the inspection evidence coming out of the record.
Knowledge
For SEND classrooms: a 25,000-question bank across 43 subjects, and student records that share notes with the care record.
